DTLA is two jobs in one ZIP: Bunker Hill and South Park glass towers that run COI and freight-elevator protocol, and the Arts District warehouse lofts with tight stairwells and street-only loading. We handle both at one flat photo-quoted price.

Upload a Photo & Get Quote →Downtown LA went vertical fast. Bunker Hill and South Park — around Grand, Figueroa, and Flower — are dense glass condo and apartment towers where the building runs the move: a Certificate of Insurance naming the HOA, a reserved freight elevator, and a loading-dock window. We provide the COI free and same-day and book the elevator with management. East of Alameda, the Arts District is adaptive-reuse warehouse lofts — gorgeous, but with tight stairwells and no driveway, so a move-out is a careful carry to a street-parked truck. There are no basements down here; the loft is the storage. We price condo turnover, loft clears, and office FF&E as flat quotes or truck-fill, disposal included.
Flat, photo-quoted. The COI, freight-elevator wait, and disposal are already in the price.

"High-rise on Grand — they had the COI and freight elevator booked before I asked. Sectional gone in 20 minutes, flat price, no surprise fees."
"Cleared a whole Arts District loft on move-out. Tight stairwell, street loading — they carried it all, priced as a truck-fill. Easy."
"Office FF&E removal when we downsized — desks, chairs, monitors. Recycled the e-waste, flat price. Professional."
